Priya Goyal
Priya’s specialties include structuring commercial real estate transactions across development capital, dispositions, leasing and adaptive reuse. Her background is in regional mall sales and leasing, and in building partnerships between national companies and property owners across a portfolio of 60+ regional malls. She is currently working on large-scale mixed-use development projects throughout Florida and Texas.
Priya is a partner in ventures spanning steel framing manufacturing and cold chain technology, and a Florida Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate with Goyal & DeCoster Realty. She is pursuing a career in development and commercial real estate law.
